1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or submitting an application through the Nusa Putra University Admission System ("System"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using this System.

2 Account Security & Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials (username and password) sent to you after registration. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account or any other breach of security. The University is not liable for any losses caused by unauthorized use of your account.

3 Truthfulness of Provided Data

Applicants must ensure that all details, test answers, academic documents, and personal details uploaded or entered into the System are authentic, correct, and represent their true personal status. Any falsification or manipulation of data will result in immediate disqualification and possible legal action.

4 Fees and Billing Transactions

All application registration fees generated through the System's invoice checkout flows are non-refundable. Payments are processed securely via third-party gateways (such as Xendit), and Nusa Putra University does not store sensitive card or bank details.

5 Termination of Access

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to the System or disqualify your application without prior notice if we identify any fraudulent activities, cheating during CBT testing, or violations of these Terms.

6 Changes to the Terms

Nusa Putra University reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the System after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
